D.C. weather forecast: July to end on an unsettled note

Expect a comfortable overnight with unsettled weather on the way late Monday and into Tuesday.

Overnight: Mainly Clear

Lows: 65°-73° | Wind: Light

Monday: Partly Cloudy, Isolated PM Storms

Highs: 87°-92° | Wind: Southeast 10-15 mph

Tuesday: Scattered Showers and Storms

Highs: 85°-90° | Wind: Southwest 5-10 mph

Mainly clear skies are expected during the overnight hours as temperatures dip into the middle 60s to lower 70s. After a sunny start Monday, clouds and humidity levels will increase during the afternoon hours along with a better chance for showers and thunderstorms. Most of the unsettled weather should  hold off until late Monday with gloomier conditions on Tuesday.
