Cooler and less humid air have spilled in across the region in the wake of the cold front that pushed through yesterday. It’s going to be a beautiful day across the region featuring mostly sunny skies, low humidity and high in the mid to upper 80s. The frontal boundary will return north overnight as a warm front which means Thursday the heat and humidity will be back in place. Highs Thursday look to top out around 100 degrees with a heat index up to 104 degrees. A cold front looks to pass through the region late day Friday into Friday night. Temperatures will level off this weekend just above normal around 90 degrees.
