We ended the 2nd hottest July on record with a more seasonable temperature of 90° and some areas got some beneficial rains. Once again, today, scattered showers are in the mix with downpours - good old fashioned gully-washers - a good bet. Highs peak around 90° with a lot of mugginess in the air. Tomorrow and Friday feature added heat with temperatures into the low to middle 90s with diminished storm threats. The pattern lingers for the weekend with isolated afternoon storms. Have a great day!
