Isolated showers are preceding a cold front crossing the region this morning. Drier air will follow the front this afternoon. Look for sunny, breezy and warm weather throughout the afternoon. Spectacular well describes the weather we are forecasting for tomorrow. Highs will reach the middle 80s under sunny skies. More sunshine will prevail on Thursday and Friday with temperatures warming towards the 90 degree mark. The Labor Day Weekend will begin with sunny and hot conditions on Saturday. Sunday and Monday weather is questionable. IF the remnant low of Issac heads this way, we could see areas of rain. It's a wait and see situation right now.

Tropical Storm Isaac is very close to becoming a hurricane, according to the National Hurricane Center and is expected to become a Category 1 storm today. Landfall late tonight/early tomorrow near New Orleans, LA.  (See latest track here.)
