High pressure and clearing skies will bring some of the coolest temperatures since June across the mid-Atlantic.

Overnight: Scattered Clouds

Lows: 60°-68° | Wind: North 3-8 mph

Monday: Mostly to Partly Sunny

Highs: 84°-89° | Wind: South 5-10 mph

Tuesday: Showers Possible

Highs: 85°-90° | Wind: South 5-10 mph

High pressure will continue to build across the mid-Atlantic overnight as skies gradually clear. Low temperatures will range from the upper 50s in the mountains to upper 60s to near 70 near the Chesapeake Bay. Sunshine and comfortable humidity levels will start the week with highs in the middle to upper 80s. After a brief disturbance late Tuesday, high pressure will build for the remainder of the work week.
