More showers and isolated heavy downpours are expected through tonight and again tomorrow as a warm front inches through the mid- Atlantic States and the barely discernible remnant of Issac passes by. A cold front will approach the area tomorrow night continuing the precipitation chances.
Into the day on Thursday, we cannot rule out an isolated thunderstorm, otherwise it will be partly cloudy and hot with highs around 90 degrees. Dry weather will prevail on Friday but over the weekend, a strong area of low pressure is likely to bring rain back to the region for both Saturday and Sunday.
