Skies will clear overnight as temperatures settle to the upper 40s in the mountains to middle 50s in the District. Patchy fog may develop during the early morning hours but will not cause any significant travel delays. An area of high pressure will briefly build into the area Monday followed by increasing clouds by late afternoon.
