Mainly clear skies and cool temperatures are in the forecast overnight. Lows in the mountains may dip into the upper 40s with temperatures in the District about ten degrees warmer. Abundant sunshine will stick around Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s.
