After the coolest morning since May, high temperatures today made it into the high 70s.  This will be the pattern for a few more days, as the big dry high pressure drifts over the Mid Atlantic during the next few days.  By the weekend, a weak weather front brings some clouds and the chance of some showers.  But no sign of any violent weather or a return of that stifling heat and humidity of last week.
