The combination of a strong cold front moving in from the west and strong southerly winds bringing warm humid air over us, set the stage for severe weather this afternoon. Now the tornado watch has been dropped but flood warnings are now in effect.  Check out where on this map.    Follow Alex's live blog and keep an eye on live Doppler.  By 8-10 PM this evening the front will be well east, winds will diminish and cooler drier air comes back for Wednesday.
