An afternoon of wild weather. Check out the great timelapse below of the storms moving into our building. There are still a fews spots with high water in Loudoun and Frederick County which is the reason for the flood warning well northwest of DC until about midnight. Overnight all the storms will continue to move to the east. Stable air sweeps in overnight and cool dry air over us tomorrow. There were many reports of local street flooding, principally in Frederick county, Maryland and winds gusted to 61 mph at Reagan National Airport. A few lingering showers will give way to clearing skies overnight. Enjoy a return of autumnal sunshine tomorrow!
