Tuesday: Rain ending during the morning. Fog possible but becoming partly cloudy.

An upper level weather disturbance is generating scattered showers and areas of rain and this pattern will continue tonight. The rain is timed to end early tomorrow morning with areas of fog likely, as well. Skies will turn partly cloudy tomorrow and afternoon temperatures will be able 10 degrees higher than this afternoon’s unseasonably chilly number. On Wednesday, we are forecasting a full day of sunshine with temperatures approaching the 70 degree mark. Slightly cooler but pleasant weather is anticipated on Thursday and Friday following the next cold front. As that front crosses the area late Wednesday, we are not expecting anything more than a few sprinkles…if anything at all. Looking ahead to the weekend, high pressure will return to the area with highs, at least, in the upper 60s. The weather will be dry with partly cloudy skies.
