D.C. weather forecast: Gradual clearing, less humid

Clouds will start to diminish during the afternoon hours as less humid air arrives. Look for patchy fog to develop later tonight.

Highs: near 80° | Wind: Northwest 5-10 mph

Tonight: Mainly Clear, Patchy Fog

Lows: 52°-60° | Wind: Light

Friday: Mostly Sunny and Beautiful

Highs: near 80° | Wind: Southwest 5-10 mph

Skies will start to clear later this afternoon as dew point levels fall making it feel less humid and more comfortable. Dry weather returns tomorrow with abundant sun and lower humidity – a spectacular end to the week.

Saturday starts out dry and will be noticeably cooler with some showers developing by late-day as a front moves closer to the mid-Atlantic. The front will move through late Saturday but showers will linger behind it on Sunday. Temperatures will be much cooler and the below average trend will carry into next week.
