The center of high pressure that has provided the beautiful fall weather today will continue to move east and off the coast tonight. This will allow for areas of high cloudiness to move over the region. It will also help to increase the flow of south to southwesterly winds across the area tomorrow. This will create partly cloudy skies and push temperatures to or above the 70 degree mark. Computer models support a 60% probability of scattered showers tomorrow evening with the chance of isolated thunderstorms. As the fronts crosses the area, chances of showers will linger overnight into the pre-dawn hours of Friday. After that, another area of higher pressure will move in resulting in another partly cloudy and mild day on Friday. Partly to mostly sunny weather will return for the weekend. Temperatures will be more autumnal with highs in the 60s on both Saturday and Sunday.
