Sandy continues to weaken as it moves across southern Pennsylvania. Areas of light to moderate rain will affect the region through the morning hours. Enough cold air may also slide over the region to allow for a few wet snowflakes in the morning hours, but will have no affect as temperatures will be in the 40s.Rain will continue to slowly diminish in coverage and intensity through the day with highs only reaching the upper 40s. Winds will start out breezy this morning but diminish as well this afternoon. Tonight will be mostly cloudy and cold with lows in the 30s to near 40 degrees. Wednesday will be milder with highs in the mid 50s under partly sunny skies. Thursday and Friday will also be a little on the cool side with highs in the mid to upper 50s each day.
