An area of low pressure over the Lower Mississippi Valley, along with its attendant warm front will continue to move northward. The complex will pass west of our area on Wednesday. During the next 36-42 hours, as we remain on the eastern side of the system, we will see a noticeable warming trend and increasing chances for showers and isolated thunderstorms. Highs will climb through the upper 70s tomorrow and into the lower 80s on Wednesday. By Thursday and Friday, high pressure will start to rebuild across the region resulting in partly cloudy skies and mild temperatures with daily highs remaining in the middle to upper 70s.
