Sunday will bring increasing afternoon clouds and breezy conditions with daytime highs reaching the upper 60s in the mountains to lower to middle 70s in the District and southern Maryland. A cold front will bring showers and a chance for thunderstorms on Monday along with cooler air by Tuesday.
