After a rainy start, skies will clear this afternoon, but temperatures will remain chilly.

This Afternoon: Clearing Skies

Highs: 40s | Wind: NW 10

Tonight: Mostly Clear and Cold

Lows: Upper 20s to Lower 30s | Wind: N 5

Wednesday: Mostly Sunny and Cool

Highs: Near 50 | Wind: N 5-10

A strong cold front moved through the area this morning bringing rain and now ushering in cooler temperatures.  Rainfall totals on average range from about one half to one inch.  See exact numbers here:

  After two consecutive days with highs in the 70s, we will now see cooler than average temps behind the front that will last through the weekend.  Check out the 24 hour temperature change!   But, on a "bright" note, the sun will return this afternoon under the influence of high pressure and it will stick around for the rest of the week.  Winds will come in from the north keeping us cooler than the average of 59 degrees for mid November.  For the latest on the temperature plunge, you can watch us live at noon on ABC7 or online at  www.wjla.com/live  .
