A Freeze Warning has been posted for areas north and west of D.C.overnight. Temperatures are expected to fall into the 30s under partly cloudy skies. High pressure remains in control Monday with highs in the upper 40s to lower 50s.
Election Day will be cool with increasing afternoon clouds as a coastal storm takes shape. The storm has the potential to bring heavy rain, strong wind gusts to the District and even snow to the mountains by Wednesday and Thursday.
