As expected, we enjoyed another spectacular late autumn day. For the second straight day, temperatures soared up to 20 degrees above average. But changes are on the way. A cold front is approaching our area from the northwest. It will increase cloudiness through the night and will likely cause a few showers to pop up. Some of these could linger through early tomorrow morning. During the day, it will become partly cloudy and remain milder than average.

Much cooler air will arrive later tomorrow afternoon and tomorrow night. On Thursday, we are forecasting mostly sunny skies with much cooler temperatures. Our forecast high for Thursday is around 45 degrees. On Friday, a push of milder air will increase cloudiness across the region and may produce a few sprinkles. Skies will become partly sunny on Saturday and temperatures will rebound to 60 degrees. It will remain mild through Sunday afternoon when the next system may arrive with scattered showers.
