Mainly clear skies are expected overnight as high pressure slowly builds into the mid-Atlantic. Winds will increase from the northwest allowing gusts to near 40 miles per hours. Sunday will bring plenty of sunshine, but windy conditions. Highs will approach 40 degrees, but wind chills will make it feel like the upper 20s to lower 30s.

Clouds will increase as winds diminish Monday as an approaching system may bring showers and a few flakes of snow for New Year's Eve. A quiet weather pattern is expected for the start of 2013.
