A warm front will stall across the mid-Atlantic overnight allowing for areas of dense fog to form. Lows will slowly fall into the 40s under cloudy skies. Fog will gradually diminish Monday morning as chances for rain increase by afternoon. Highs will reach the middle 50s to near 60 degrees. Periods of rain will continue into early Tuesday morning with some clearing by afternoon. Winds will increase and may gust as high as 30 miles per hour. Cooler air associated with a stronger cold front will arrive late Thursday night.
