It feels like forever since we've seen the sun and now we have a good two plus days of the golden delight. The coastal low is being pushed out by high pressure over the Ohio Valley that will now dominate our weather through the first half of Saturday. Proof of the sun and clearing on our roofcam at WJLA here:
- A sunny start
Temperatures will be a little warmer the next few days with the lack of cloud cover. Highs will reach mid 50s by Saturday. However, the clouds will begin to creep back into the Washington area by Saturday afternoon as a cold front approaches from the west. An unsettled weather pattern then sets up with chances of rain by Saturday night continuing on and off through Wednesday.
