It hard to believe it's the beginning of January with such mild temperatures across the region. Highs made it into the lower 50s today and it will be even milder for the day tomorrow. Check out how much warmer than average temperatures are across the Mid Atlantic:
A cold front will cross the area tomorrow night. This will bring cooler, but still above average temperatures to the mid-Atlantic on Thursday. By Friday, a weak area of low pressure will graze the region with considerable cloudiness and a slight chance of showers. Over the weekend, high pressure will build across the area. But this time around we will be on the warmer side of the system and will have spring-like temperatures climbing into the 60s on bother Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
