Foggy conditions kept temperatures below projected highs on Sunday, but still above average for this time of year. A warm front will continue to lift northward followed by a cold front that will stall across the mid-Atlantic Monday and Tuesday. Monday high temperatures will occur during the early morning hours with increasing winds and cooler air arriving by afternoon. No significant weather events are expected for the remainder of the week and into the busy upcoming weekend.
