Clouds will increase overnight as a fast moving disturbance moves across the mid-Atlantic. Rain and snow showers may develop, but little if any accumulation is expected. The best chance for spotting a few flakes will be north and west of the District. Skies will clear by Sunday afternoon as highs rebound into the 40s.

Milder air will arrive by the middle of the week along with a chance showers on Thursday. Highs will range from the upper 40s to middle 50s.
