The area is under a winter weather advisory tonight for a 70% chance of a dusting to 1" of snow by the morning rush hour.  I now think the snow will linger into mid-morning.  Here is my updated explainer.

By tomorrow afternoon cold winds still with us and then for Friday afternoon another quick moving weak "storm" brings another chance of light snow.  With ground temperatures now in the 20s, even a dusting can be slippery for the morning.  Our snowfall for the winter is still about 6" below average.  Enjoy even a dusting snow lovers.
