Clouds have been on the increase all morning and for the most part, the rain will hold off until mid-afternoon as an area of low pressure now over Tennessee tracks to our South through tonight. Temperatures will be warm enough until later this evening when there will be a mix with and then change over to all snow. Little to no accumulation for the metro. But, North and Western counties could get between a trace and an inch. Here's the latest snow accumulation model forecast.
- Snowfall Forecast
I think it's pretty close to how this will all shake out. All of the precipitation should be exiting around the midnight hour and skies will gradually clear out. Sunshine returns tomorrow milder temperatures in the upper 40s. A big cool down by the weekend.
