D.C. Weather Forecast : A cold weekend ahead
Overnight: Cloudy, colder, rain showers changing over to wet snow, especially North & West
Temperatures: Falling to 29-34 by morning | Rain- Snow : 90% Chance
Saturday: Cloudy, Breezy and Cold, A Few Snow Flurries
Highs: 34-39 | Wind: NW-N 10-15
Sunday: Sunny, Windy and Cold
Highs: 32-37 | Wind Chill: 15-20
Yes there is some wet snow mixed with rain and YES there is some snow actually coating grassy areas W&N of DC again but NO this is not a "snow storm". A strong cold front is coming through our area right now. Yes some side roads might be slippery in the arly morning so be careful.

Later tonight temperatures will drop to near freezing and we are seeing wet snowf around D.C. but no accumulation. Check out our hour by hour hyperlocal futurecast below. With cold winds and patches of clouds Saturday we may see some passing snow flurries and even enough to whiten the ground in some spots. But NO SNOW STORM. Milder air back by next week.
