A beautiful sunny day even if temperatures were a bit below average. Great view today from the AQUA satellite 400 miles above us this afternoon.
Clear skies overnight and a great night to see the gibbous moon very near the giant planet Jupiter. OK now we have increasing clouds and some rain will move in but by noon nothing that will cause problems .
Tomorrow a weather front comes through and early in the morning there will be enough cold air across the Shenandoah Valley that there could be a little iciness, but by the time any precipitation reaches the D.C.area temperatures will be well above freezing and only cool rain showers. No winter problems still, and no snow storms for snow lovers. But windy and cold for Wednesday.
