Rain exited quickly this morning, but the clouds tougher to move out.

This Afternoon: Mostly Cloudy and mild

Highs: Mid 50s | Wind: SW 10-15

Tonight: Clearing Skies

Lows: 30s | Wind: W 10

Tuesday: Partly Cloudy

Highs: Around 50 | Wind: W 10-15

A gloomy Monday, but a little sunshine should pop out by day's end, especially in Northern Virginia.  However, it will be a mild day with highs in the middle 50s. That's about 10 degrees above average.  Our big focus this week will be the potential for two systems to threaten the area with snow.  The first one arrives Wednesday.  There is still quite a bit of uncertainty on the precipitation type and track of the low..  I do think at least a wintry mix is possible.  Here's a map from NOAA showing the probability of 1" or more of snow between Wednesday morning and Thursday morning.  The second storm will arrive some time this weekend.  That one looks more intense.  Stay tuned to ABC7 for the latest on both.
