A bit more sunshine today, but while it will look nice outside, it will feel cold.  Winds will be WestNorthwesterly today and that will usher in a "feel factor" significantly colder than what the thermometer is reading.  Here's a look at the wind chill index this morning. Today will be the coolest of the week with highs in the mid 40s.  Tomorrow winds will lighten a bit and temps should warm up into the low to mid 50s. A wet pattern sets up for the weekend and early next week.
