OVERNIGHT: Clear and colder
Lows: 27°-33°

Yesterday’s rain produced .83” at Reagan National Airport but some of our Weatherbug sites recorded well over 1 inch.
Today Sunshine will compete with increasing cloudiness today. An area of low pressure will provide the chance for a few sprinkles or passing showers this afternoon. Winds will become rather gusty later. Skies will clear tonight and temperatures will drop into the upper 20s to lower 30s. Tomorrow will be sunny but it will be windy and cold with wind chills held in the 30s most of the day. We will see some improvement on Friday.- The weekend forecast is far from ideal. More clouds than sunshine seem likely with a good chance of rain on Saturday and perhaps some afternoon showers on Sunday.
