Today’s gusty winds and morning snow flurries were the last vestiges of the Wednesday snow, rain and wind storm. While we enjoyed partly sunny skies. A large portion of the northeastern U.S. was seeing more snow and high winds. The good news for our area is high pressure will become dominate tonight as the storm system drifts farther away. Skies will be mostly clear and the winds will finally diminish. Beautiful weather is forecast for the weekend. Lots of sunshine is expected with warmer temperatures. Highs will reach well into the 50s tomorrow to at least 60 degrees on Sunday. On Monday, just ahead of the next cold front, temperatures may reach the middle 60s. And even after the cold front passes through, it won’t get much colder.
