Skies will begin to clear during the overnight hours, but a few remaining clouds will help keep temperatures from dropping below the 40s. Also, depending on the amount of clearing, areas of patchy fog may develop.

Monday morning sunshine will fade a bit by afternoon as a cold front moves across the mid-Atlantic. Temperatures at Nationals Park will be well into the 60s with a chance for a few showers, but nothing that should cause any delays or problems during the game. Once the cold front moves to the east, high pressure will build allowing for cooler air on Tuesday. Highs around 50 degrees are about 15 degrees below average for this time of year.

A coastal low will bring rain late Thursday and into Friday.
