The average high for tomorrow is 58° and the average high for January 21 is 43°. That's the reason I call this forecast a "January Comeback" Overnight cloudy and cold but boy nothing much on live Doppler. Possibly a few snowflakes may be squeezed out 4-7AM. Under the strong March sun the ground is warm so anything that does fall might just whiten grassy areas. We are not alone with the cold. look at the highs across the country tomorrow.
After a rather mild winter (yes I busted my winter outlook made back in November), this cold-chilly pattern shows every sign of continuing into the beginning of April.

Don't complain too much. Back in 1885, the high temperatures for March 20-23 were respectively 20, 31,27 and 28.
