Clouds will be on the increase tonight and will remain across the region tomorrow as an area of low pressure moves up the east coast. Temperatures will be cool this afternoon in the mid to upper 50s. Tonight, lows will again be cold in the 30s in the far western suburbs to mid 40s closer in town. Tuesday will feature mostly cloudy skies with some late day sunshine possible mainly west of D.C.
A cold front will bring the chance for rain Wednesday afternoon, but ahead of the front, temperatures will be warm reaching the lower 70s. High pressure will move back into the area by Thursday and Friday with highs in the mid 60s each day.
