Saturday will feature more sunshine but continued gusty winds, what about the remainder of the holiday weekend?

A cold front has pushed through the region but a few showers remain with much cooler temperatures and gusty northwesterly winds. Today, expect temperatures to rebound into the low 60s with plenty of clouds through lunch time and some afternoon clearing. Winds will gust out of the northwest around 15 to 25 mph.

Tonight, temperatures will fall back into the 40s under partly cloudy skies. Not only will it be chilly, but winds will remain breezy making for an actual chill in the air. The weekend ahead will improve, though slowly at first. Saturday will continue to be windy but at least sunshine will be out and temperatures will approach the 70 degree mark. Sunday should be mostly sunny with diminishing winds and highs in the low 70s. Monday will be the warmest day with highs in the mid 70s under partly cloudy skies.
