Sunshine has been the story since Noon and will continue to be around through the evening. Temperatures will reach near the 70 degree mark. Pollen is still in the high range for trees and now in the moderate range for grasses.

Tonight will be clear and cool with lows in the lower 40s in the far northwestern suburbs to near the 50 degree mark in town. Friday, a few high clouds are expected with temperatures in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees. The weekend looks great as well with temperatures near the 70 degree mark each day under partly cloudy skies.

Looking ahead to next week, an upper-level low will move over the region. This will make for unsettled weather conditions with chances for rain starting late Monday and continuing through the work week. Temperatures will remain at or slightly below average near the 70 degree mark.
