In the process, lines of heavy showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon and this evening. We will closely monitor these storms for signs of any becoming severe. Showers and thunderstorms will diminish tonight. A few showers may linger tomorrow but then drier and much cooler air will overspread of area along with gusty winds.
