Not only is there a Flash Flood Watch through 10pm but now a Tornado Watch until 8pm for St. Marys County.

This Afternoon:
Rain, Heavy at Times
Highs: Mid 70s
Wind: SE 10 m.p.h.
Rain Ends Late
Lows: 60s
Wind: NW 4-8 m.p.h.
Partly Cloudy, Stray T-Shower
Highs: Low 80s
Wind: SW 4-8 m.p.h.

Will heavy rain from Andrea hang around for the weekend?

Heavy rain is likely along and east of I-95 through the evening hours. Falsh flooding may be possible which is why a Watch has been issued until 10pm. In addition, some storms in the northeast quadrant of the storm may have some rotation and could produce an isolated tornado so a Tornado Watch has been issued for Southern Maryland and the Eastern Shore until 8pm.

Storms will end tonight and skies will become partly cloudy tomorrow with warm temperatures in the low 80s. A stray shower or thunderstorm will be possible. Sunday will be warm as well in the mid 80s under partly cloudy skies.
