Washington D.C. Forecast: Storm threat is over, mugginess remains

Partly cloudy skies and mild temperatures will be the story tonight with lows in the 60s to low 70s.

Storms have exited the region and conditions will continue to be tranquil through the overnight hours with lows in the 60s to low 70s.

Tomorrow will be continued hot and humid with highs in the upper 80s to near 90 degrees. The same weather system responsible for strong storms in PA today and rain shows in D.C., will stalls around the area leaving another chance for afternoon storms tomorrow. Saturday and Sunday will remain slightly unsettled with slight chances for late day showers and storms with humid highs in the middle 80s.
