Showers and storms will be likely through the afternoon and evening with the best timing between 2pm and 8pm. Some storms may be strong to severe with damaging winds as the primary threat. Storms will end late this evening into tonight, making way for partly cloudy skies and lows in the 60s to low 70s.

Sunday will feature better chances for storms with highs in the mid 80s. If you’re heading to the beaches, storms will be possible each day whether you’re heading to the Delmarva or the Outer Banks. Temperatures should reach the low 80s in the northern beaches to mid 80s around the Outer Banks.
