Washington, DC weather forecast: Brighter Saturday, less humid

The strongest storms are over and skies will clear a bit overnight.

Partly Sunny, Isolated T-Storms (20%)
Highs: upper 80s
Wind: West 3-5 mph
Sunday:
Increasing Clouds, T-Storms (60%)
Highs: middle 80s
Wind: Southwest 5-10 mph

 

Skies will turn partly cloudy overnight as  lows fall into the 60s to lower 70s. Saturday will be warm but a touch less humid, with dew points in the middle 60s under partly cloudy skies. A stray storm is possible in the afternoon. Sunday will feature better chances for storms with highs in the middle 80s. Heading to the beaches? Storms will be possible each day for the Delmarva and the Outer Banks. Temperatures should reach the low 80s in the northern beaches to middle 80s around the Outer Banks.
