Washington, D.C. weather forecast: Showers likely this weekend

Showers will dot radar overnight as temperatures fall into the upper 60s to lower 70s. A few showers will linger into Saturday as highs approach the middle 80s. High pressure will build for the end of the weekend and into next week allowing for temperatures to jump into the 90s. By Wednesday, parts of the ABC 7 forecast area may see highs near 100 degrees.
