Summer's end will feature the season's trademark weather.  Look for three days of temperatures near 90, high humidity, and chances of thunderstorms each day.

This Afternoon:
Partly Sunny, Hot & Humid, Iso. Storm
Highs: 87-91
Wind: SW 10-15 mph
Mostly Cloudy, Humid, T'Storm Poss.
Lows: 65-73
Rain: 30% Chance
Partly Sunny, Humid, Scattered Storms Likely
Highs: 86-91
Rain: 60% Chance

Summer's farewell weekend will leave some doubt that the season really wants to go away!  With high pressure offshore, hot and humid air from the south will be with us through Monday.  Add in a series of disturbances and the possibility of thunderstorms and it will be a real sticky, summery three days.  Daytime highs in the upper 80s to near 90 are expected through Monday with the threat of storms increasing from 30% today to 60% both tomorrow and Labor Day.

It should be noted that the weekend will be far from a washout.  Unlike the Labor Day weekends of 2011 and 2012 when rain was often a spoiler, this year's could be a bit drier.  Still, the potential for thunderstorms should never be taken lightly: severe storms and heavy rain, particularly tomorrow and on Monday as a cold front approaches, are always reasons for caution when out of doors.  The weather on Tuesday, after the storms and right on cue, will be cooler, less humid, and yes, a bit less summery!  Enjoy your weekend.
