Expect a sunny and pleasant stretch of weather for the rest of the work week, but we're watching a cold front that should impact the weekend.

Tomorrow Afternoon:
Sunny & Unseasonably Cool
Highs: Near 70°
Wind: NE 5-10 mph
Tonight:
Clear & Cool
Lows: 42°-51°
Wind: Light/Variable
Wednesday:
Sunny & Comfortable
Highs: Low to Mid 70s
Wind: S 5-10 mph

Yesterday's cold front gave us a reinforcing shot of comfortable air, which will stick around for several days. Expect vast sunshine today through Thursday with very comfortable and unseasonably cool air in place. The average high temperature at DCA today is 80°, but I don't think we'll make it there until Friday and Saturday. Even then, another cold front should drop highs back into the 70s by Sunday and early next week. Actually, it's that cold front that will cause our next decent chance of rain in the metro area by late Saturday and into early Sunday. Otherwise, a few mountain showers far west of Washington are possible Friday afternoon.
