A strong area of cool, Canadian High Pressure has arrived just in time for the official start of fall. It will give us more, beautiful September weather. A minor disturbance will pass by the area on Wednesday night/early Thursday morning. There may be a brief increase in cloud cover in spots. But a new, sprawling are of high pressure will build back overhead during the day on Thursday and control the local weather pattern through at least Sunday. For at least the next 7 days, we are looking at partly to mostly sunny days with high temperatures within a couple degrees of average.
