Low Clouds and fog will lift this morning, but not clear altogether.  Mostly Cloudy skies can be expected today with breezy conditions.  A stray shower will be possible, mainly NW of D.C . this evening. I think the bulk of the rain holds off until after midnight. Here's your Trick-or-Treat forecast for the metro.

Trick or Treat Forecast- Metro

Showers and storms move in overnight and we should have a wet start on Friday with some gusty winds.  The cold front will linger near the coast, so southern Maryland may stay wet into the evening.  The rest of us will start to clear out.  An overhead disturbance could bring some mountain showers on Saturday, but the rest of us will have a mix of sun and clouds. On Sunday, it will be rather cool, but more sunshine with highs in the 50s.
