Wrapping up the work week with well above average temperatures.  This trend will continue into the weekend before a cold front and tropical storm combine to bring us a good, soaking rain.

The cold front, currently bringing severe weather and blizzard conditions to the Rockies and northern Plains, will track east through the weekend and make its way to the east coast by Monday.  At the same time, tropical storm Karen will make landfall and ride up the coast.  These two systems will deliver likely rain chances on Monday before everything slides out to sea late Tuesday.  Behind the cold front, temperatures will fall back to average into the 70s.  Have a great weekend!
